Professional Profile
Enterprise Solutions Architect.
Called in when it’s already on fire.
I’m an Enterprise Solutions Architect who gets brought in during
hypercare — the stretch where something’s actively breaking and there’s no time for a
phased rollout. My rhythm is simple: diagnose it fast, fix what’s actually broken,
stabilize it so it holds. Whether it’s a growth breakpoint, a go-live that’s not holding, or
operations buckling under load, I bring systems thinking that moves fast without
creating organizational debt.
My experience spans retail, automotive, hospitality, and regulated industries.
What makes that range possible isn’t versatility for its own sake — it’s a consistent
rhythm: diagnose the actual break, fix it, confirm it holds, move on.
I’m most useful at the moments where things are actively breaking and there’s no time
for a drawn-out methodology. A process buckling under load. A go-live that isn’t
stabilizing on its own. A handoff that’s failing across departments simultaneously.
What stays constant: find what’s actually broken, not what’s easiest to point at. Fix it.
Confirm it holds under real conditions. No lingering methodology, no fixed clock — just
the fix, done right, under pressure.
